Our stay was excellent. Staff was excellent. Yamil was very helpful and he communicated with us very effectively, even before our arrival. He was able to help us get our room early. He showed generous hospitality and professionalism. I would like to mention Chelsea too. She was friendly and great at what she does. Overall the stay was amazing and we would come back to this hotel.

The property is well located, but it still wasn't easy to find. Google maps took us thru the Taco Bell parking lot and it was confusing. Signage on the front of the hotel would be most helpful!

The rooms are very classy but they are doing construction and failed to honor a discount . They are advertising as scenic hotel but didn’t mention the construction, I paid for a Mountain View and the windows were covered up . It would have been nice to know that construction was being done I want a refund
