our room was clean but somewhat tattered. The shower was great and updated, but the vanity was old, and the wood was chipped. There is a mini kitchen with microwave and single serve Keurig coffee maker but no sink. The bed was comfortable, but we could have used an extra blanket. The breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs halfway through breakfast on the 2nd morning we were there. This hotel is under construction, but we did not hear any of the Contruction on the 3rd floor. Sarah, front desk, was very friendly and helpful with questions we had.

Newly renovated. Squeaky clean. Bed, linens, and shower felt luxurious after some uneven experiences at Airbnb properties. Would definitely stay here again.

Great deal on the room which was the most well designed hotel room ever: sunny and spacious with a good view, mini-fridge, Kreurig coffee maker, plenty of outlets for devices, indoor pool, underground parking & right across from BILTMORE Estate.
